22nd / 23rd March 2012           at Treetops Farm, Bruton

7th / 8th May 2012                    at Brickyard Farm, Clutton

What Does ‘Balance’ Mean To You?

We can all, at times, experience a feeling of being out of balance, whether it is balance of:

  • Work and life
  • Masculine and feminine attributes
  • Reason and Intuition (head and heart)
  • Doing / being
  • Right brain / left brain
  • Mental / physical / emotional / spiritual selves

‘We can be sure that the greatest hope for maintaining equilibrium in the face of any situation rests within ourselves.’

 Francis J. Braceland

This workshop will help bring awareness to where you may be out of balance and give you the skills to restore your equilibrium and bring fulfilment into your life.

  • Explore what fulfilment means to you
  • Honour your emotions and learn to flow with them
  • Understand the messages behind emotions
  • Realise how tuning into your body sensations can bring you back into well being and wholeness
  • Recognise how to balance your need for space with connection with other people
  • Learn to hear the difference between your head and your heart
  • Bring awareness to limiting and conditioned patterns
  • Learn to integrate these skills into your everyday life

This 2 day Introductory workshop covers the fundamental philosophies, skills and activities of the Epona ApproachTM.  It offers a combination of theory based discussion and reflective and interactive exercises with the horses.
