Connect to your Authentic Self – Ireland

2 Day Epona Introductory Personal Development Workshop

14/15 July, 2012     -     Kiltannon Home Farm, Tulla, Co. Clare, Ireland

How do you make choices and decisions that are based on your heart’s desire and what you truly want, rather than on how to please others?

Many of us have been conditioned by our life experiences and have learned to switch off our inner guidance.

‘Your mind knows only some things.  Your inner voice, your instinct, knows everything. If you listen to what you know instinctively, it will always lead you down the right path”.

Henry Winkler  (American Actor b. 1945)

In this interactive workshop with horses you will strengthen your connection to your true self, increase your awareness of old behaviour patterns which may be blocking you and enhance your relationships.

  • Understand your emotions and the messages they have for you
  • Recognise the information that your body sensations are trying to give you
  • Find your personal space and learn to set healthy boundaries with others
  • Learn to differentiate between the ‘real’ you and the unhelpful patterns you’ve learned and adopted
  • Learn how to integrate all these skills into everyday life and into relationships

This 2 day Introductory workshop covers the fundamental philosophies, skills and activities of the Epona ApproachTM.  It offers a combination of theory based discussion and reflective and interactive exercises with the horses.

No previous experience of horses is needed and no riding is involved

Workshops simply involve being in the presence of horses and working with them from the ground, in a safe setting and with an experienced facilitator.
